Pandemic Art Annex

I was pleased to have a piece included in the virtual Annex to the wonderful show at the Catherine G. Murphy Gallery at St. Catherine’s University, by alumni of the Women’s Art Institute program there. On view through December 11, 2020.

Pandemic Art Annex

Welcome to Pandemic Art Annex! We’re extending an invitation to everyone and anyone to submit one artwork that they have created during these last months of lockdown, social distancing, social justice reckoning and confusion—and perhaps some clarity as well. We’re hopeful that this interactive portion of Pandemic Art Lessons: A Women's Art Institute Online Initiative will broaden the discourse around what artists are thinking, feeling and doing. We will be posting new images each week until December 11, the end of our virtual exhibition.

New work in UPPERCASE Magazine

I’m thrilled to be included in the 46th issue of UPPERCASE Magazine, published by Janine Vangool in Canada. The theme of the issue is creative uses of scraps, both paper and fabric, and my piece falls somewhere between. If you are not familiar with this publication, it’s completely ad-free and content comes from artists and subscribers all over the world. It’s beautifully edited, designed and printed 4 times a year–a true labor of love by Janine. It’s a treat to get in in the mail. Subscriptions here!
